With a diverse real estate and financial background, Terrance is committed to helping clients confidently buy, sell, and invest. As a RE/MAX Real Estate Broker, he delivers high-quality service with energy, expertise, and genuine passion.

Terrance is a Colorado native, born in Denver and raised in Aurora. He and his wife, Tasha, live in Highlands Ranch with their three daughters. Terrance served six years in the U.S. Air Force before attending the University of Colorado Boulder, where he met his wife, earned his undergraduate degree in Business, and competed as an intercollegiate football offensive lineman.

After college, Terrance spent seven years in corporate financial planning and analysis before returning to CU Boulder to earn his master's degree in business with a focus on Finance and Real Estate. Over the past decade, he has specialized in commercial real estate development for REITs, leading underwriting, managing development projects, and securing funding for multifamily and mixed-use properties.

Terrance is close with his extended family in the Denver area and considers friends an extension of that family. Outside of real estate, he enjoys snowboarding, backcountry hiking in Summit County, coaching and supporting his children’s sports, and motorcycle riding on both city streets and the trails of Rampart Range.
