Ronda, a native Iowan, originally moved to Colorado to pursue her career in the insurance industry. After spending numerous years doing everything from sales to marketing, she journeyed into the world of book publishing.
In her 15 years with Random House, the world's largest publisher of trade books, she was a National Account Rep and won sales awards 10 out of the 15 years there. Ronda was responsible for accounts ranging from Walmart to military accounts to grocery store chains.
In addition, she has been a successful business owner of restaurants and valet services, hearing aid companies and oil and gas properties. All this experience led to her current position with RE/MAX Professionals and the Griffith Home Team.
The Griffith Home Team is led by the Griffith brothers, Dustin and Chad, who have over 16 years of combined experience.
