A resident of the Metro Denver area for over 30 years, Dana brings a deep understanding of the local market. With more than 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has represented buyers, sellers, and investors across a variety of transactions. In addition, Dana spent eight years in mortgage banking as a loan officer, adding a valuable layer of financial insight to her real estate expertise.

Dana firmly believes that knowledge is power—and that understanding both the buyer and seller processes is key to a smooth and successful transaction. She holds the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, equipping her with advanced skills to advocate effectively for her clients.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her three children, especially boating on the lake during the summer. She’s passionate about fitness in many forms, and when fall and winter arrive, you’ll often find her relaxing on the sofa, watching football and enjoying her favorite comfort foods.
