Chad Griffith

Chad Griffith is a Colorado native, born and raised in Littleton, and one of the rare few who has spent his entire life calling Colorado home. A graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver with a degree in Business Finance, Chad began his professional career in the financial services industry, spending seven successful years as a Stockbroker with Charles Schwab and later as an Investment Wholesaler with Jackson National Life.

While he enjoyed helping clients build wealth through investing, Chad discovered his true passion was helping families achieve one of the most important financial and personal milestones of their lives: buying and selling real estate. Combining his financial background with a deep understanding of the local market, Chad brings a unique perspective to every transaction, helping clients make informed decisions that align with both their goals and long-term financial future.

In addition to helping clients build wealth through real estate, Chad is an active real estate investor himself. Over the years, he has acquired more than 14 income-producing properties throughout Colorado and surrounding states and has successfully flipped more than 30 homes. His firsthand experience as an investor allows him to provide clients with practical insight into rental properties, long-term wealth building, market cycles, cash flow strategies, and investment opportunities.

In 2013, Chad and his brother Dustin founded Griffith Home Team with a simple vision: create a family-run real estate business built on honesty, integrity, exceptional service, and genuine relationships. More than a decade later, that vision remains at the core of everything they do. Since opening their doors, Griffith Home Team has helped more than 2,500 families buy, sell, and invest in real estate, representing over $1.3 billion in closed sales. Today, the team consists of experienced professionals with more than 350 years of combined real estate experience, serving clients throughout the Denver Metro area and Northern Colorado.

Chad specializes in the Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Lone Tree, Centennial, Parker, and Castle Rock markets, but his experience extends across nearly every corner of the Front Range. Having personally lived in multiple Denver Metro communities throughout his life, he offers clients valuable local insight that only comes from being a lifelong Colorado resident.

Outside of real estate, Chad's greatest pride is his family. He and his wife, Chelsea, have been married for 15 years and are raising their two children, Cayden and Corah, in Highlands Ranch. When he's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you'll likely find him coaching youth sports, golfing, skiing, wakeboarding, hiking, traveling with his family, or enjoying everything Colorado's outdoors have to offer.
